«Let’s be neighbors! Corinne, an audio walk on the Hamovniks
==History==The museum of Pavel Dmitririch Corina (ul. Little Pirogovskaya, 16, p. 5), in which the artist lived from 1934 to 1967 and in which his museum house was opened from 1968. The museum is now in restoration. From 2009 to 2012, home departures were carried out and renovations were being prepared. The house is currently in the «box» state: all collection, furniture and other items have been removed and stored in the Third-Kow Gallery. The restoration plan for a long time was not agreed upon for various reasons. It’s been a long time. However, the latest version of the plan had been completed by almost all authorities, with a high chance of final approval and implementation already in 2023. It was interesting to work with «unaffordable» space, talking about not being able to visit. The time has come to remember Corinne and the time he lived, to stretch the strings between the past and the present.
«Let’s be neighbors!Corinne is an audio walk linking the work with the memory of the site and sound studies on Pavel Dmitririch Corin, Hamovnik, and the home of the 1930's — 2020's area. The project is composed of hundreds of memories from local residents, comments from researchers Paul Corinne, and sound artists created by diving in the history of the artist, the area, analysis of the present and reflection on the future.
The route begins at the Pavel Corin Museum in Little Pirogovskaya, 16 p. 5, and ends at the subway station of Frunzenskaya, where everyone can continue their journey at the stations of Komsomolskie, Novoslobodsky, Pavelecka and Smolensky, in order to examine the authorship of Paul Korina, who has created a series of puzzles since 1949.
Information points about buildings, squares and ponds that are on the way are being sunk by the viewer into the area. Some of them are supplemented by comments by Julia Kudrivceva, the head of the museum of Paul Corinne, which draw a parallel between the place and the stories of these places and the life and creativity of the artist. Sound artwork will allow the viewer to slow down his step, pause, stare and listen. The route will present the image of Hamovnikov in the 20th century as Paul Corinne, who lived in the Little Pyrogova from 1934 to 1967, and the state of the day.

Walking takes the form of an individual study. The participant is not tied to the time, weather or pace of the tour group. The audio walk makes it possible to feel the expirience of a few participants who provide information in their own, close, format — memory, historical background, sound art. A listener can consciously rewind some fragments, listen to them in or outside the environment: control his or her diving.
Communication with the Moscow Longevity Centre in Hamovnik played a key role in the project.
The Centre provided the project team with access to local residents who were able to talk about the «inner» area. A series of meetings with local residents were held on the sites of the MDC and the Western Wing of New Trekowka. They discussed the past and the real neighborhood, the participants showed photographs and shared personal memories of childhood and youth, and life in the '50s and '60s.

As a result, the audio walk included fragments of memories Elena Kucher, Sergea Ushakova and Galina Fedotova. In Elena Kucher’s story, you can hear the story of good-neighbourly relations and life near the brewery. Galina Fedotova spoke of Novodevich ponds and swans. And Sergei Ushakov shared the memories of Rostov’s alleys, now completely rebuilt, of the film «Experience» with Tabakov and Efremov in his home.

Sound artists Ilya Capitons, Darya Oroshak and Anzor Pasechnik addressed both the figure of Paul Corinne and the history of the museum, as well as the local context of Hamovnikov. This led to the creation of works where artists worked with field records, voice experiments and added reality, telling local stories, a giant empty canvas to Paul Corinne’s «Russi leaving» and others.

In addition to the audio walk, the «Gulko Rubit (Spring Cold)» compilation was released, which included all experimental sound artwork.
